This takes back to when I was a kid...even in the 80s, my grandma listened to old jazz and big band music so it's like I'm back at her house on those rainy nights and she's got her music on. I really miss her....

You should throw in the sound of someone getting attacked by a burglar in the next room. It could include some arguing followed by a loud thud to indicate someone being hit over the head by a hard object and then it could transition to the sound of someone rummaging through the building looking for valuables.
